After college I want to move home and save as much money as I can. In 3-4 years I will build a house; an a-frame in New Hampshire. I will start buy buying lakefront property, minimum 1 acre (wooded). I will pay in cash. I will begin building in late April/ early May, and finish be mid to late August.
Special modifications on the house plan below: basement added, built in stereo system w/ speakers in all rooms (excluding great room), hard wood floors, tile floors in kitchen, stone floors in entryway. breakfast bar cut off, Island placed at an angle where breakfast bar would have ended. Sleeping loft upstairs converted to entertainment room. Oil heat w/ woodstove backup heat.

This is more of a dream than a plan. I want to move to New Zealand, marry a sexy Maori boy, and live peacefully out in the country. I will commute to work everyday, and he will tend the sheep or cattle. ^_^
